This week in second grade... FRIDAY is Field Day! :) There will be no spelling test this week!
Writing- We will continue to work on fall themed writing.
Reading- We will identify events on a story arc.
Math- We will be learning subtraction with regrouping through the thousands.
Science- We will be starting our unit on balance and motion.
Social Studies- We will use map skills to locate important places and landforms on a map. We will locate places of significance including the local community, Texas and the U.S. on maps and globes.
